Giant Beef Rib

I tried this a few weeks back and was absolutely incredible… i put them in the pizza oven in a roasting dish… slowed cooked they meat fell off the bone… no need to add anything as the sauce that comes with the rib is divine… had to wait for stock again but have ordered more and they still nice again amazing … my new favorite dish
