Sliced too thick from parts with lots of sinew. Spices not great. Was hoping for a quality product. Tried once. Will stick to the core products.

Balanced spice. I’m, unfortunately, not big into biltong with fat, but my son enjoyed it very much. I felt cheated because this is one treat I don’t like sharing with him but he’s already placed another request for your biltong.

This review on order 31414 of 12 Dec 24. Wasn't impressed at all, simply cut too chick and too soon. Both my wife and I are over 60, and can't eat biltong this wet, not if we were too keep our teeth,
You should provide options regarding fatty, dry or wet, thick or thin. In the past we were very happy, just this shipment might get mouldy before we can eat it :-(

Not happy with the packaging used for the biltong, it was on a meat tray with plastic wrap, and was wet and sweaty when it arrived, usually biltong comes in a brown bag (if not sealed in an air tight bag) which prevents that wet and sweatyness
