This biltong was flavourful and tasty and eaten up so quickly by my family! I wish the slices were marginally thinner as the pieces require a fair bit of chewing. Otherwise a delicious snack.

The biltong we received sadly was very fatty and very thin dry shavings. We had a bit more of an expectation based on the ribs and chicken so were very disappointed when we tasted the biltong.
