Product Availability
The products are amazing but the service delivery was very bad
I placed my order on a Friday morning waited the whole of saturday for the delivery
Monday i followed up and firstly they recall seeing my order but then could not find it
Eventually the Manager phoned me and apologised and asked me if i can wait for tuesday for the delivery or if he could delivery it today (monday). I could not understand why he would even ask me that, i told him no i wanted it delivered today (monday) and same was delivered but very late afternoon after i followed up twice on same.
